The Role

*Manage a varied Residential Conveyancing caseload.
*Handle sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.
*Manage matters from initial instruction through to completion.
*Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, brokers and other solicitors.
*Deliver a high standard of client care throughout each transaction.
*Work as part of an experienced and supportive wider property team.
*Opportunity to develop your experience and progress your career over the longer term.
You

*Previous experience within Residential Conveyancing.
*Applications welcomed from Conveyancers, Licensed Conveyancers, Solicitors and experienced Paralegals.
*Experience managing your own caseload is advantageous, although candidates looking to take that next step will also be considered.
*Strong communication and client care skills.
*Organised with excellent attention to detail.
*Comfortable managing deadlines and competing priorities.
*Proactive, approachable and comfortable working as part of a team.
