Full job descriptionOur client, Enfield Council, is seeking a Social Worker for its Leaving Care team.


This is an agency assignment required for 1 year maternity cover.


This is paid in line with London DFE rates.

The role will involve the following:
*Leaving Care Team
*Preparation for Adulthood
*Independence and Life Skills
*Transition planning
*Support with accommodation, education, employment and training
*Safeguarding


Requirements of the role:
*Qualified Social Worker
*Fully Social Work England registered
*3 years post-qualified experience in employment of a local authority (DFE rules)
*Must have significant experience working with children and young people who are looked after and/or leaving care
