Are you an experienced Senior Residential Childcare Worker looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a passionate Senior Residential Childcare Worker to join a dedicated team supporting children and young people in a residential care setting.
The Role
As a Senior Residential Childcare Worker, you will:
*Support children and young people with their daily lives, education, and wellbeing
*Build positive, trusting relationships
*Provide guidance and support to the wider staff team
*Ensure high standards of care, safeguarding, and record keeping
*Work closely with the Registered Manager to maintain a safe and nurturing home
