Location: Nettleton, Lincolnshire
Salary: £50,000
We’re working with a well established business that’s looking to add a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to their site in Nettleton.
This is a hands on role within a busy production environment, where you’ll play a key part in keeping machinery running smoothly and minimising downtime.

The role
You’ll be responsible for both reactive and planned maintenance across site, working on a range of equipment and continuously looking for ways to improve reliability.
Day to day, you’ll be:
*Responding to breakdowns and carrying out repairs
*Completing planned preventative maintenance
*Keeping accurate maintenance records
*Identifying recurring issues and improving equipment performance
*Making sure everything is kept audit-ready
What we’re looking for
*Previous experience in a multi-skilled engineering role
*Solid Mechanical and Electrical knowledge
*Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in Engineering
