Full job descriptionMandatory Requirements
*8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
*5+ years in a ServiceNow Architect or Lead Developer capacity.
*Proven experience implementing multiple ServiceNow modules, including:
*ITSM
*ITOM
*HRSD
*SecOps
*GRC/IRM
*SPM
*Deep expertise in:
*ServiceNow scripting (client-side and server-side)
*Flow Designer
*Integration Hub
*Service Portal / Employee Center
*Automated Test Framework (ATF)
*CMDB architecture
*Strong experience with enterprise integrations, including:
*REST
*SOAP
*MID Server
*Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end ServiceNow implementations, from design through deployment.
*Strong understanding of the ServiceNow security model, including:
*ACLs
*Roles
*Domain separation
*Experience working in Agile environments.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
*Ability to work effectively in high-pressure, regulated environments.
Desirable Qualifications
*ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or progress toward CTA.
*Multiple ServiceNow CIS certifications, such as:
*ITSM
*HRSD
*ITOM
*SecOps
*GRC
*Experience in financial services or other regulated industries.
*Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
*Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting.
*Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and enterprise integration platforms.
*Experience supporting audits and regulatory compliance initiatives.
