A long-established specialist main contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager to deliver a high-quality heritage and restoration project in Canary Wharf.

Key Responsibilities*Manage day-to-day site operations and subcontractors
*Deliver works to programme, specification and quality standards
*Coordinate trades, labour, materials and deliveries
*Manage heritage, restoration and refurbishment works
*Review drawings, specifications and RAMS
*Carry out quality inspections and manage snagging
*Monitor progress and report against programme
*Lead daily briefings and toolbox talks
*Maintain site records and daily reports
*Liaise with clients, consultants, architects and subcontractors
*Ensure compliance with health & safety requirements
*Manage site logistics within a busy London environment
*Assist with project handover and completion
Requirements*Previous experience as a Site Manager
*Heritage, restoration, refurbishment or specialist construction background
*Experience working for a main contractor
*Strong knowledge of construction processes and site management
*SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
*Strong communication and organisational skills
