Salary: £28,000–£45,000 + commission

We’re looking for a confident, personable and energetic Sales Executive to join our client’s busy student accommodation team in Shoreditch.
You’ll be speaking with students every day, helping them find and secure accommodation while providing a friendly, supportive customer experience.
The role*Manage enquiries via WhatsApp, phone and email
*Build strong relationships with students
*Guide customers through the accommodation process from enquiry to booking
*Follow up with leads and keep conversations moving
*Work towards achievable sales and activity targets
*Handle around 100 daily customer interactions across calls, WhatsApp and email
About youWe’re looking for someone who is:
*Confident, friendly and naturally personable
*Comfortable speaking to lots of people
*Great at building rapport and providing excellent customer service
*Proactive, motivated and target-driven
*Patient and reassuring when dealing with students
*Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience is helpful, but personality, communication skills and attitude are just as important. Full training is available.
What’s on offer*£28,000–£45,000 basic salary, depending on experience

*5 days per week required, with rotating shift patterns
*Optional weekend working, with the option to work patterns such as Wednesday–Sunday
