Full job descriptionWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Assistant Manager- 12 month FTC cover to join a leading brand. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate retail leader who enjoys delivering exceptional customer experiences, developing high-performing teams and driving commercial performance.
You will also support other locations across the area when required, providing strong leadership and operational support.

Key responsibilities of this Assistant Manager:
*Lead and motivate the team to deliver excellent customer experiences.
*Support the Store Managers’ in building a positive, collaborative team culture.
*Drive store performance, sales, KPIs, operations and compliance.
*Maintain high visual merchandising, stock and operational standards.
*Support the achievement of store targets and commercial goals.
*Coach and develop team members through regular feedback and support.
*Ensure accurate administration, stock control, cash handling, health & safety and compliance.
To be successful in your application for this Assistant Manager:
*Ideally having an experience as Department/Deputy/Assistant Manager or Supervisor experience within a customer-focused environment.
*Experience in fashion, retail, hospitality or other premium customer-facing sectors.
*Flexible to travel and work in central London and cover any absence, sickness, new store openings etc.
*Strong operational, stock management and accuracy skills.
*Ability to coach, share knowledge and support team development.
*Strong interpersonal, communication and IT skills.
*Ideally immediately available or within 1 month
