Hays Education is recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to support a range of specialist provisions and mainstream schools across Stratford-upon-Avon and the wider Warwickshire area.

Your New Role
*Supporting pupils in the classroom on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
*Assisting children with a range of additional needs, including Autism and ADHD
*Encouraging engagement, confidence and independence
*Working closely with teaching and support staff to help pupils achieve their potential

What you’ll need to succeed
*Experience working with children, young people, or vulnerable adults
*A patient, caring and positive approach
*Strong communication skills
*A genuine passion for supporting young people
