HR Advisor – Maternity Cover
Job Description
*Provide day-to-day HR advice and guidance to employees and Line Managers, ensuring a consistent and fair approach to people-related matters.
*Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives, policies and procedures in line with business requirements and employment legislation.
*Monitor and analyse HR data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement across areas such as absence, employee relations, recruitment and retention.
*Support organisational change and workforce planning activities
*Build strong relationships across the site, working collaboratively with managers and employees

HR Advisor – Maternity Cover
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
*Strong experience working at HR Advisor level
*Experience working within a manufacturing environment
*Good understanding of UK employment legislation and HR best practice
*CIPD qualification is highly desirable but not needed
