Salary
£27,000 – £32,000, depending on experience + additional benefits & clear progression opportunities
Key Responsibilities
*Provide day-to-day HR administrative support across the employee lifecycle.
*Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems.
*Prepare employment contracts, offer letters and other HR documentation.
*Support recruitment, onboarding and induction processes.
*Respond to routine HR queries from employees and managers.
*Assist with absence, holiday and employee data administration.
*Support payroll administration, including timesheet input and employee information.
*Process and manage end-to-end payroll
*Coordinate training activities, meetings and HR communications.
*Support wider HR projects and general administration.
*Ensure HR records remain accurate, confidential and compliant.
Skills & Experience
*Previous experience within HR administration, payroll administration or a similar role.
*Strong organisation and attention to detail.
*Good written and verbal communication skills.
*Confident using Microsoft Office and HR/payroll systems.
*Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
*Professional and approachable manner.
*Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information.
*Willingness to learn and develop within HR.
