Sleep-In Rate: £50 per sleep-in shift
About the Role
We are looking for caring, enthusiastic, and committed Residential Support Workers to join our client’s Children’s Residential Home near Mansfield.
This is a rewarding opportunity to support children and young people in a safe, nurturing environment, helping them develop confidence, independence, and life skills while achieving positive outcomes.
Whether you have previous experience in care or are looking to start a career in residential childcare, we would love to hear from individuals who are passionate about making a difference.
Key Responsibilities
*Provide high-quality care and support to children and young people.
*Support daily routines, education, appointments, and activities.
*Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing.
*Build trusting relationships with young people.
*Maintain accurate records and complete relevant documentation.
*Work collaboratively with colleagues and external professionals.
*Ensure the home remains a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment.
Requirements
*Full UK Driving Licence (essential).
*A genuine passion for supporting children and young people.
*Strong communication and teamwork skills.
*Ability to remain calm and resilient in challenging situations.
*Previous experience is desirable but not essential as full training is provided.
