EXCEPTIONAL CAREER PROGRESSION
We are currently seeking an experienced lawyer to join our clients flourishing RTA department. The successful candidate will ideally have 2+ years experience of dealing with Litigated RTA cases.
You will handle a cradle-to-grave caseload, dealing with litigated matters to trial. As such, you must be a confident litigator with a strong understanding of the litigation process. The caseload will be a mix of high quality FT and MT cases.


Responsibilities
*Managing a caseload of RTA claims from cradle to grave
*Conducting thorough legal research and providing sound legal advice to clients
*Preparing and drafting legal documents, including pleadings and witness statements
*Negotiating settlements and representing clients in court where necessary
*Working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
*Collaborating with colleagues to ensure successful case outcomes
*Keeping up to date with relevant legal developments and regulatory changes
Person Specification
*Proven billing track record handling a litigated caseload from cradle to grave
*Demonstrable tenacity and drive
*Strong focus on progressing cases through litigation to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients
*Experience handling Litigated RTA cases
*Sound knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules, relevant case law, and litigation trends, with the ability to apply these effectively
*Previous experience using the Proclaim case management system is advantageous
