Full job descriptionA growing ecommerce business in the hair and beauty sector is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their friendly team based in Wallington.
This role would suit someone with customer service experience and either a hairdressing/barbering qualification or previous salon experience. Full training will be provided on hair extensions and colour matching.
Key responsibilities:
*Handling customer enquiries via phone, email and live chat
*Advising customers on products and colour matching
*Processing returns, exchanges and resolving complaints
*Liaising with couriers regarding deliveries and tracking
*Supporting customers through social media channels
*Working closely with the warehouse team
About you:
*Previous customer service experience
*Hairdressing qualification or salon experience
*Confident communicator with good IT skills
*Positive, professional and customer-focused
*Happy to participate in a weekend rota (paid at enhanced rates)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, office based in Wallington, with an occasional weekend morning shift on a rota basis.
