Hays Education are working with primary schools across Coventry that need reliable teachers to support with day-to-day cover, short-term absences and longer-term vacancies.
Whether you’re looking for work around existing commitments, returning to the classroom, or simply looking for more variety in your week, we have opportunities available across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.

Your new role
*Deliver lessons across a range of primary year groups
*Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment
*Follow school plans and routines where required
*Build rapport quickly with pupils and staff
*Adapt to different schools and classroom settings

What you’ll need to succeed
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
*Recent experience within a primary school
*Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
*Confidence teaching across the primary age range
*A flexible and professional approach
