*Salary: First 2 weeks training wage £600 per week basic 2.5% commission 3 weeks onwards £500 per week basic 5% commission
*Location: Blackpool, hybrid once fully trained
*Job Type: Full-time
*Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 2pm -10pm or 3pm-11pm (rota) and Friday 10am – 6pm

Day-to-day of the role:
*Contact businesses in America to offer promotional opportunities through advertisements in exclusive magazines publishments.
*Focus on securing 2-3 appointments daily for sales executives, with a strong emphasis on quality interactions.
*Spend approximately an hour and a half on the phone each day, ensuring productive and meaningful engagement with potential advertisers.
*Work with a dedicated team that sources and provides leads, allowing you to focus on making commission-driven calls.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to engage effectively with high-end clientele.
*Experience in sales or appointment setting is preferred.
*Motivation to achieve sales targets and earn commission.
*Ability to work flexible hours in line with the USA time zones.
