*Campaign creation & execution — build, test, and deploy email campaigns using ESPs such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or Force24
*Copywriting & content — write subject lines, email copy, CTAs, and ensure brand consistency.
*Segmentation & list management — maintain clean lists, segment audiences, manage preferences, and ensure GDPR compliance.
*Automation & lifecycle flows — create welcome journeys, nurture sequences, abandoned-cart flows, re-engagement campaigns.

*Deliverability management — monitor inbox placement, bounce rates, spam complaints, sender reputation, and authentication (SPF/DKIM/DMARC).
*A/B testing & optimisation — test subject lines, send times, creative, segmentation logic, and automation triggers.
*Performance analysis — track opens, clicks, conversions, revenue attribution, and produce actionable insights.
*Cross-functional collaboration — work with design, CRM, digital, content, and product teams to align messaging and strategy.
