Full job descriptionWe are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking School Cleaner to join a friendly educational setting in Pontefract on a temporary basis for approximately 8-12 weeks. To be considered for this role you must have an in date Enhanced DBS, be available for an immediate start as well as have satisfactory references in place
*Pontefract
*£12.71 per hour
* 8-12 Week Temporary Assignment
*The shift is Monday - Thursday 15:00 to 18:00, Fridays 14:30 - 17:30
*15hr per week
Key Responsibilities:
*Cleaning classrooms, corridors, offices, toilets, and communal areas
*Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitising surfaces
*Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately
*Replenishing cleaning supplies where required
*Ensuring high standards of hygiene and cleanliness are maintained throughout the school
*Following health and safety procedures at all times
Requirements:
*Enhanced DBS Certificate (or willingness to obtain one before starting)
*Previous cleaning experience preferred
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Good attention to detail
*Checkable work references covering recent employment history
*Reliable, punctual, and professional approach to work
