KC Group are currently working with a growing Corporate Finance team in Manchester who are looking to hire a Corporate Finance Executive.

This is a great opportunity for someone currently working in Audit within a mid-tier accountancy firm, who is looking to make the move into Corporate Finance for the first time.

You’ll get exposure to a broad range of transactions and work closely with an experienced CF team across areas including:

- M&A and deal execution
- Financial analysis and modelling
- Valuations
- Due diligence
- Information memorandums and marketing materials
- Working directly with management teams, shareholders and investors

What they’re looking for:
*ACA/ACCA qualified or recently qualified
*Experience gained within a mid-tier accountancy/advisory firm
*Strong analytical and financial skills
*Genuine interest in pursuing a career in Corporate Finance
*Commercial mindset and strong communication skills
*Ideally some exposure to transactions, financial modelling or advisory work
