*Coordinating document execution, including through electronic signing platforms such as DocuSign.
*Supporting the wider Corporate team with general matter management and transactional requirements.
*Maintaining accurate and timely time recording.
About You
The successful candidate is likely to have relevant office-based experience within a Corporate, Corporate/M&A or transactional legal team.
You will ideally have:
*Previous experience supporting corporate or M&A transactions within a law firm or similar professional environment.
*Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to interact professionally with clients and other advisers.
*Strong proofreading and drafting ability.
*Experience with electronic signing platforms such as DocuSign.
*The ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines within a busy transactional environment.
*A proactive, flexible and solutions-focused approach.
*The ability to follow instructions while also working independently and taking ownership of tasks.
*Strong legal research skills.
*Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
*A high level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential and commercially sensitive information.
Most importantly, you will be someone who enjoys working as part of a collaborative team, is keen to learn and develop, and takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work.
