Full job descriptionHR Business Partner (Change Management) | Fully remote | £350 - £400 per day Outside IR35 | 3 month contract

My client, a purpose-driven and growing organisation, is currently seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their People & Culture team for a 90-day period.

This role is ideal for someone with strong commercial HR experience who enjoys partnering with senior leaders and supporting organisational change, culture and business development.

Responsibilities
*Partner with senior leaders to develop and deliver people strategies aligned with business objectives
*Lead and support organisational and cultural change programmes
*Provide expert HR advice and constructive challenge on complex people matters
*Support workforce planning, employee engagement and organisational development
*Coach and develop managers and senior leaders
*Identify and manage people-related risks, ensuring compliance with legislation and best practice
*Work collaboratively with the wider P&C team to deliver an effective HR service

Skills
*Proven experience as an HR Business Partner within a commercial environment
*Strong organisational change and transformation experience
*Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills
*Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice
*Commercially minded with a strong focus on employee experience
*Confident coaching and advising senior leaders

Package
*£350 - £400 per day Outside IR35
*35-hour working week
