SITE MANAGER REQUIREMENTS
Site Manager - Overview
*Carpentry experience an advantage
*Experience of working on timber buildings
*Responsible for overall site construction and delivery of project
*Ability to supervise coordination of high-end finishes
*Ability to manage and think ahead
*Enforce strict H&S and site discipline
*Liaison with existing Project Managers, Construction Manager and sub-contractors to ensure smooth project delivery
*Ability to run impeccable paperwork
*Procure labour and materials
*Checking and preparing site reports, drawings and designs
*Coordinating with Construction Manager and PM and all site operatives
Timeline
Some out of hours or weekend work may be required.
