About the Role
This is a nationwide role. You must be willing and able to work away from home during the week as required. RMLFS covers all accommodation and provides a staying away allowance and dinner money for all overnight stays.
Scope of Work:
*Strip and re-sheeting (metal and flat roofing systems).
*Liquid roofing, overlays, and patch repairs.
*Rooflight replacements.
*General reactive and planned maintenance.
*Working safely on live commercial and industrial sites.
*Liaising with in-house scaffolding teams where required.
Requirements:
*Minimum of 1 x SSSTS-qualified Supervisor in the gang.
*All operatives must hold valid CSCS cards.
*Proven experience in commercial roofing.
*Must be able and willing to work nationwide and stay away during the week.
*Own van, tools, and full PPE.
*Strong understanding of site health and safety.
*Additional qualifications (desirable): PASMA / IPAF / Asbestos Awareness / Working at Height.

Pay Guide (Subcontract Basis):
*Operative Day Rate: £180 – £220
*Supervisor (SSSTS): £220 – £250
*Plus: Travel expenses / Accommodation / Staying away allowance / Dinner allowance for overnight stays
