Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a broad, commercially focused People Advisor role?
I’m working with a fast-growing organisation that is looking for a People Advisor to join its People & Culture team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR generalist who enjoys working closely with managers, navigating complex ER matters and contributing to wider people initiatives.
The Role
You’ll be a trusted point of contact for managers across the business, providing pragmatic and commercially focused advice across the employee lifecycle.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Managing and advising on complex employee relations cases
*Coaching and supporting managers across all levels
*Providing day-to-day HR advice and guidance
*Supporting employment legislation updates and best practice
*Working closely with People Business Partners on strategic projects
*Contributing to organisational change and M&A activity
*Using people data and insight to identify trends and measure impact
What We’re Looking For
You’ll ideally have:
*Strong HR generalist experience
*Solid employee relations experience
*Confidence advising and coaching managers
*Excellent communication and influencing skills
*A commercially minded and data-driven approach
*Strong organisation and attention to detail
*CIPD qualification or working towards it
Location: Brighton (hybrid 2 to 3 days in the office)
Salary: Up to £45,000
