Full job descriptionKCR Solutions are delighted to be working with this expanding company on the outskirts of Cramlington to recruit a Graduate Logistics Administrator. Your duties will be as follows:
*Processing customer orders and creating production requirements for factories
*Managing product pipeline, stock levels and delivery times
*Updating SAP with inbound shipments from factories
*Issuing information to customers on status of their order books
*Liaising with factories on timely delivery of products into the warehouse or alternatively direct to customers
*Issuing delivery notes to warehouse to pick and ship products to customers and subsequent billing
*Issuing information on sales revenue, projections and order book as required
*Involvement in the inventory count by the warehouse as needed
*Assisting with accounts receivable, management of product returns and issuing and delivering sales invoices for customers as required
*Advising of any training required in an evolving business model
