Are you a sales-driven Assistant Manager, Supervisor or Team Leader looking for your next step?
We’re recruiting for an established, successful and growing customer-focused business in Byfleet. This is a hands-on management role combining sales, leadership and customer experience, with excellent training and genuine opportunities to progress.
The RoleWorking alongside the Store Manager, you’ll:
*Drive sales, conversions and commercial KPIs
*Lead, motivate and develop the team
*Proactively engage with customers face-to-face and over the phone
*Identify customer needs and turn enquiries into sales
*Support the day-to-day operation of the branch
*Take ownership in the Store Manager’s absence
About YouWe’re looking for someone who is commercial, confident and proactive.
You’ll ideally have:
*Experience in a sales or target-driven environment
*Supervisory, team leadership or management experience
*A track record of working towards KPIs and targets
*Confidence selling and speaking with customers over the phone
*The drive and ambition to develop your management career
We’re open to backgrounds including retail, telecoms, automotive, fitness, leisure, showroom sales and other customer-facing sales environments.
Package*£29,820 basic salary
*Quarterly performance bonus – up to 25%
*Bonus typically averages 10–12%
*Maximum earning potential of approximately £37,275
*28 days’ holiday, increasing with service
*Extra day off for your birthday

Hours40 hours per week | Any 5 days from 7
