Finance Manager Office-based in Tenbury Wells / occasional travel to County Durham
A fantastic opportunity for a qualified accountant to join a growing manufacturing business as Finance Manager, taking ownership of financial reporting, forecasting and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities*Lead month-end reporting and management accounts.
*Own budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling.
*Partner with operations to improve profitability and drive performance.
*Oversee inventory, costing and working capital management.
*Deliver KPI reporting, variance analysis and commercial insights.
*Support capital investment decisions and business case development.
About You*ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
*Background in manufacturing, recycling or a similar operational environment.
*Strong experience in management reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
*Knowledge of product costing, inventory and operational finance.
*Advanced Excel and ERP systems experience.
