Bridging Finance
An exciting opportunity has become available for an ambitious professional to join our clients team in support with a new product.


This role will involve generating leads within our market and is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable and rapidly growing financial service provider.


Main responsibilities:
*First point of contact for introducers
*Generating leads within our market to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
*Follow up new business opportunities and setting up meetings for the Sales team.
*Undertake research into specific towns prior to setting up appointments.
*Research and build relationships with new clients.
*Provide backup including answering telephone calls, texts and emails for the team when brokers are seeking terms
*Ensure that data including tracking of calls, correspondence and visits are accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM system
*Attend and contribute to sales meetings
*Send broker packs out and follow up
*Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals
*Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate.


Requirements:
*Dynamic, ambitious, business minded professional, preferably with experience within the bridging finance sector
*Must have some experience in finance or property
*Min 2 years’ experience generating leads
*Capable of self-generating leads, and ’opening doors’ with brokers
*Proven track record in achieving new business and selling services ideally to brokers
*Detailed knowledge of the bridging market is highly desirable.
*Commercially aware with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
*Negotiation skills
*Independent, organised and able to work on your own initiative, with a flexible approach to work.
*Enthusiasm, drive and passion with a strong desire to ’win’ new business.
*Good Computer skills
*Full driving Licence
