Full job descriptionWe are hiring Delivery Consultants to join a growing team in Berkhamsted.
You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a few key clients to deliver high quality permanent recruitment.
Hiring for a few roles at one time you will source and pipeline candidates, interview and present a shortlist to the client and keep both client and candidate updated all the way through the process.
They are looking for people with experience in any recruitment sector. Pharma or Supply Chain recruitment experience would be ideal but training can be provided.
There is no cold sales involved in this role but you will have client interaction and should be persuasive and able to influence.
They work in the office 3 days a week and 2 from home and are an experienced, collaborative team.
Required Skills & Experience Essential
*Previous experience in recruitment in any sector
*Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships
*Target-driven with a strong commercial mindset
*Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools
*Team player with a collaborative approach
