Remuneration: £60,000 - £80,000neg + Company Car

The role of the Contracts Manager - Fit-Out will involve:
*Contracts / Project Manager position dealing with a range of commercial fit-out projects for retail, hospitality, educational or residential environments
*Regular site visits nationally to monitor project progress, health & safety compliance and contractor performance
*Work closely with main clients, direct labour, sub-contractors, suppliers, and other external and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth running of projects
*Carrying out health & safety reports, quality assurance, snagging, and close out with daily
*Preparing work tasks for the installations team and strategic planning of works
*Monitoring each stage of the project ensuring resources are productive and the delivery schedule is being met within budget
*Oversee projects typically up to £25m in value
The ideal applicant will be a Contracts Manager - Fit-Out with:
*Must have Contracts Management experience within the Fit-Out sector, open to candidates from shop fitting, office fit-out or commercial refurbishment
*Ideal for a candidate to have experience dealing with a Main-contractor
*Fresh outlook with the ability to adapt and influence
*Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
*Must be able to hit the ground running
