About the RoleWe’re looking for an IT Systems & Network Support Engineer to join our IT Support Services team. You’ll provide first-class technical support to both internal and external customers, keeping their systems and networks running smoothly from troubleshooting day-to-day issues to helping implement new solutions.
What You’ll Do*Resolve Help Desk escalations within SLA targets
*Log, diagnose and fix support issues owning them through to resolution
*Keep customers and colleagues updated throughout each call
*Provide technical guidance and support pre-and post-sales
*Prepare, configure and commission hardware and software
*Evaluate new technologies and feed back findings
*Write and maintain clear technical documentation
*Champion good information security practices
What We’re Looking ForTechnical experience in some of the following:
*Windows Server/desktop support, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
*Microsoft 365/Exchange, Entra ID, Azure
*Intune Autopilot/ImmyBot deployment
*Networking (LAN/WAN/WLAN) configuration and troubleshooting
*VMware/Hyper-V virtualisation
*Backup, replication and disaster recovery
*SAN/NAS storage
*Security tools: antivirus, VPN, firewall, MFA/2FA, IAM
You are:
*A confident problem-solver who works well solo or in a team
*Organised, detail-oriented and great under pressure
*A strong communicator with a customer-first attitude
*Comfortable juggling multiple priorities at once
*Security and compliance aware
Qualifications*Working towards or holding a relevant qualification (NVQ Level 3, CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent)
*Microsoft certifications are a plus, not a requirement
