Full job descriptionI’m looking for an bright, enthusiastic and professional Receptionist to join a busy law firm based in Tring.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of a professional workplace. As the first point of contact for visitors, clients and colleagues, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming environment and supporting the wider business.
No two days are the same, making this an ideal role for someone who is organised, proactive and thrives in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities
*Welcome visitors, clients and colleagues with a professional and friendly approach.
*Manage the reception area, ensuring it is always presentable and well organised.
*Handle incoming calls, emails and general enquiries.
*Manage visitor access and ensure a positive front-of-house experience.
*Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are prepared for use..
*Help maintain an efficient and well-organised working environment.
*Report maintenance and building issues to the facilities management team and monitor progress.
*Assist with general office administration, sending emails, and supporting partners with caseloads.
About You
You’ll be a confident and professional individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
You’ll also have:
*Previous experience in a Receptionist or Front of House role.
*Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
*A proactive approach and strong attention to detail.
*Confidence communicating with colleagues, visitors and senior stakeholders.
*Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
*Previous Audio typing experience.
