Overview:

Our client are looking for a Inhouse Development Manager to join their team and own prototype developments through to manufacture. This will include overseeing the joinery and engineering for the projects.

Role & Responsibilities:
*Lead in-house prototypes developments through to manufacture
*Work closely with internal teams and suppliers to ensure projects meet client needs
*Oversee budgets, quality standards and timelines for projects
*Create engineering and manufacturing documentation
*Improve CNC, 3D Printing and production capabilities

Essential Skills & Experience:
*Experience working with CNC machinery
*Experience with SolidWorks or CAD software
*Experience with production processes
*Confident making decisions
*Team player
