Full job descriptionGarden & Grounds Maintenance Team Leader / Supervisor
Experienced Garden & Grounds Maintenance Team Leader/Supervisor covering the London Borough of Hounslow. Responsible for organising, leading and motivating a team, allocating daily jobs and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
*Organising and supervising grounds maintenance teams across Hounslow.
*Allocating daily jobs, planning workloads and managing priorities.
*Leading, motivating and supporting team members while working hands-on alongside the team.
*Mowing, strimming, edging and maintaining grassed areas.
*Maintaining roadsides, roundabouts, verges, public parks and public footpaths.
*Driving 3.5-tonne vehicles to transport staff, machinery, tools and materials.
*Ensuring public areas are clean, tidy, safe and well maintained.
*Working safely around roads, pedestrians and members of the public.
*Working Monday to Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm.
*Must hold a full UK manual driving licence.
*Pay: £17.00 per hour.
*Weekly pay.
