Location: Spondon

Pay: £15.03 per hour (increasing to £17.69 after 12 weeks)

Our client is a global leader in the field of chemistry, providing material solutions used across a wide range of major industries. They are currently seeking Packaging Technicians to support the packaging, granulation and material handling operations on their site.

Working Hours:
Monday - Friday: 06:00 - 14:00


Key Responsibilities:
*Operate packaging and granulation equipment
*Support material movement and forklift operations
*Ensure correct labelling and product compliance
*Inspect finished goods before dispatch
*Maintain 5S housekeeping standards
*Monitor materials and stock levels
*Maintain records/logs
*Follow HSE procedures
*Work as part of a team to meet targets

Skills and Experience:
*FLT Counterbalance Licence is desirable
*Previous experience in manufacturing, packaging production, warehouse environments preferred
*Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
*Good communication skills (verbal and written)
*Willingness to learn and develop new skills
*Self-motivated with a proactive and flexible approach
*Ability to work effectively as part of a team
*Positive attitude and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
