You’ll join a collaborative team that values innovation, continuous improvement, and customer experience.The Role*Deliver end-to-end email marketing campaigns, from briefing and build through to deployment and reporting
*Support the development of the CRM and email marketing plan with performance insights
*Build targeted customer segments to improve engagement, retention, and lifetime value
*Execute A/B testing and optimisation strategies across campaigns
*Analyse campaign performance and provide recommendations to improve results
*Work closely with marketing and commercial stakeholders to align CRM activity with wider business objectives
*Support CRM development projects and ongoing channel enhancements
Your Skills & Experience*Strong experience delivering email marketing or CRM campaigns
*Experience using ESP platforms, with exposure to automated customer journeys
*Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with customer data
*Knowledge of email marketing best practice, segmentation, and testing methodologies
*Understanding of campaign reporting and digital analytics tools
*Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and stakeholder management skills
