Talent Guardian are delighted to be recruiting for a Cold-Store Picker Operative for our client based in Redditch, Worcestershire.

Cold-Store Picker Operative experience is essential.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 12:00pm - 8:45pm
Pay: £13 per hour
Contract: 12-week Temp-to-Perm

The Role
As a Cold Store Picker, your responsibilities will include:
*Picking customer orders accurately and efficiently
*Working within a very chilled warehouse environment
*Preparing products for dispatch
*Checking products and quantities against orders
*Maintaining high levels of accuracy and productivity
*Following all health & safety and site procedures
*Keeping your working area clean and organised
*Working as part of the wider warehouse team to meet daily targets
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for candidates who:
*Have previous cold store or chilled warehouse experience
*Are comfortable working for extended periods in very cold temperatures
*Have previous picking/warehouse experience
*Are reliable, punctual and hardworking
*Can work effectively as part of a team
*Are available Monday to Friday, 12:00pm-8:45pm
*Are looking for a long-term opportunity
