*Monthly management accounts, quarterly forecasts and annual budgets, meeting all divisional and group reporting timetables
*Ownership of the costing and stock system, including product, pricing and customer profitability
*Developing P&L and cash flow forecasting, and working with the leadership team and Divisional Board to set and track KPIs
*Partnering with the business on strategic plans, growth opportunities and reducing the cost base
*Reviewing and strengthening internal controls, procedures and systems
*Oversight of purchase and sales ledgers with a focus on optimal cash flow
*Quarterly VAT, year end accounts for group consolidation, corporation tax packs and management of the audit
*Coaching and developing the finance team
What you will bring
*ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, or qualified by experience with a strong track record at a similar level
*Manufacturing experience, ideally including standard costing and stock
*Experience within a group reporting environment and of managing auditors

*Advanced Excel and data skills, with the ability to turn numbers into clear, practical insight
