Shorterm Group are currently recruiting for an experienced CNC HyperMill Programmer to join an established motorsport/high-performance engineering client based in Oxfordshire.
We have Day Shift and Weekend Shift opportunities available, offering rates of approximately £40-£45 per hour Umbrella.
The Role
* CNC programming using HyperMill
* Programming complex components for the motorsport and high-performance engineering sector
* Working from engineering drawings and 3D CAD models
* Optimising machining strategies, tooling and cycle times
* Supporting production and resolving programming/manufacturing issues
* Working closely with CNC machinists and engineering teams
? The Candidate
* Proven experience as a CNC Programmer
* Strong HyperMill programming experience - essential
* Experience within motorsport, aerospace, automotive or high-performance engineering desirable
* Ability to work independently and meet demanding production schedules
* Strong understanding of CNC machining processes and tooling

Shifts: Day Shift & Weekend Shift available
Rate: £40-£45 per hour Umbrella
