Full job descriptionBIM Lead - Contract Opportunity - Immediate Start
We are seeking an experienced BIM Lead to take ownership of BIM delivery, compliance and digital information management across a range of projects.
Working closely with clients, project teams and key stakeholders, you will ensure BIM deliverables are coordinated, compliant and delivered to a high standard in line with BS EN ISO 19650 and the UK BIM Framework.
Key Responsibilities
*Lead BIM compliance, assurance and quality control across projects.
*Manage asset information, CDE processes and digital handover.
*Oversee model audits, coordination and overall model performance.
*Manage Revit and IFC models, ensuring deliverables meet project requirements.
*Manage model publishing and information exchanges through Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
*Provide advanced Revit support, including troubleshooting and family creation.
*Review BEPs and project BIM requirements.
*Provide BIM and Revit guidance, support and mentoring to project teams.
*Work closely with clients, BIM Coordinators and project teams to ensure effective BIM delivery.
*Identify and implement improvements to BIM standards, workflows and digital processes.
Essential Experience
We are looking for a proactive BIM professional with:
*Proven experience in BIM management within the construction industry.
*Advanced Autodesk Revit skills.
*Strong experience in BIM assurance, model auditing and quality control.
*Experience managing asset information and working within CDE environments.
*Excellent stakeholder management and customer-facing communication skills.
*Experience leading, supporting or mentoring BIM teams.
*Good knowledge of COBie and IFC standards.
*Hands-on experience with ACC/BIM 360 and AutoCAD.
*Own Revit licence.
