Full job descriptionFindCore are thrilled to be assisting an established specialist compliance and service business with the recruitment of a Sales Account Manager.
Permanent, full-time position based in East Bergholt.
Salary
£36,000 – £42,000, depending on experience + additional benefits
Key Responsibilities
*Manage and develop relationships with an existing portfolio of commercial clients.
*Identify new business opportunities through targeted outreach and market activity.
*Build strong long-term relationships to support customer retention and account growth.
*Manage sales opportunities from initial contact through to close.
*Negotiate commercial terms and secure new business with key accounts.
*Maintain accurate customer records, sales pipelines and account activity within the CRM.
*Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
*Identify opportunities to increase account value and develop additional revenue.
*Provide a professional and responsive service to customers throughout the sales process.
Skills & Experience
*Previous experience within B2B sales, account management or business development.
*Strong relationship-building and customer management skills.
*Proven ability to generate new business and grow existing accounts.
*Confident negotiating and closing commercial opportunities.
*Strong communication and telephone skills.
*Commercially aware with a proactive approach to sales.
*Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM system would be advantageous.
*Able to work independently and manage multiple customer accounts effectively.
*Previous experience within a service, compliance or facilities-related business would be beneficial.
