The role:
*Lead multidisciplinary MEP design teams
*Manage clients, budgets, programmes and risks
*Drive technical excellence and sustainable design
*Support bids, business development and sector growth
*Mentor teams and oversee successful project delivery
You will need:
*Chartered status and strong MEP consultancy experience
*Experience leading complex multidisciplinary projects
*Excellent commercial and client-management skills
*Sports venue, stadium or arena experience is highly desirable
*Strong BIM and digital design knowledge
