Full job descriptionWe are seeking Catering Assistants to support operations at Medway’s Country Parks on a temporary basis during weekends and school half terms.
This role is well suited to individuals who enjoy practical, hands-on work in a busy and social environment.
Key responsibilities:
*Clearing tables and maintaining a clean, organised dining area
*Restocking fridges and supplies
*Operating the till and processing transactions
*Assisting with food preparation and cooking once trained
*Providing efficient and friendly customer service
Requirements:
*Previous experience in catering or customer-facing roles is desirable but not essential
*A willingness to learn and follow instructions
*Ability to remain effective during busy periods
*A reliable and proactive approach to work
Working hours:
Shifts typically run between 9:30am and 4:00pm. Flexibility is required, as work is mainly during weekends and school half terms.
Location:
Work may take place across multiple park locations. Public transport is limited, so applicants should be able to travel to one or more sites.
