Conveyancing Fee Earner Responsibilities
*Working as a team player within an experienced and friendly team
*Offering expert, commercially minded legal advice and a top class service
*Deal effectively with clients and third parties over the telephone, in written correspondence and occasionally face to face
*Chasing various documentation, ID, mortgage offers and searches, providing updates to the client regarding their transaction, contract checks, mortgage reports and search results checking, replying to freehold and leasehold enquiries
*Manage existing residential titles including new builds
*Manage the exchange of contracts and completion of purchase
*Working alongside the team to achieve monthly targets and KPIs, supporting further business growth
Conveyancing Fee Earner Requirements
*Experience of managing your own residential conveyancing caseload from start to finish
*Strong client care and communication skills
*Experience as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or experienced Conveyancing Executive
*A passion to progress within a supportive, growing firm
*New-build experience would be beneficial, but this is not essential.
