£15.40 - £16.87 depending on qualifications


Thrive Education is looking for qualified Early Years Practitioners to work with some of the fantastic nurseries and pre-schools we support across Cirencester and the surrounding Cotswolds.
We’re looking for Level 2 and Level 3 qualified practitioners who are passionate about Early Years and would like more flexibility around when and where they work.
Whether you’re looking for a couple of days each week, regular term-time work or a longer-term placement, we’d love to hear from you.
What we’re looking for*Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification
*Previous experience within a nursery, pre-school or Early Years setting
*A genuine passion for working with young children
*A caring, nurturing and enthusiastic approach
*Confidence supporting children’s learning, development and play
*Good communication and teamwork
*Someone reliable who can adapt to different settings
*Paediatric First Aid is desirable but not essential
