Hays Education is working with a range of primary schools across Canterbury that are looking to recruit enthusiastic and nurturing EYFS Teachers to join their teams.Whether you’re an Early Career Teacher looking to build your experience in Early Years or an experienced EYFS practitioner seeking a new opportunity, we have a variety of roles available across welcoming and supportive school environments.

The Role
As an EYFS Teacher, you’ll play a crucial role in providing children with the best possible start to their education. You’ll create a safe, engaging and stimulating learning environment where pupils can develop confidence, curiosity and a lifelong love of learning.Working within the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework, you’ll deliver creative, child-centred learning experiences that support children’s academic, social and emotional development. You’ll help pupils build the foundations they need for future success while fostering independence, creativity and a positive attitude towards learning.Opportunities are available on both a long-term and flexible supply basis.

What We’re Looking For
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or currently working towards it
*Experience teaching within EYFS
*A strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework
*The ability to create engaging, inclusive and stimulating learning environments
*A passion for supporting children’s early development and wellbeing
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills
*A creative, patient and nurturing approach to teaching
