Help Shape Children’s First Experiences of Education
Hays Education is working with a range of primary schools across Dover that are seeking enthusiastic and nurturing EYFS Teachers to join their teams.Whether you’re an Early Career Teacher looking to gain valuable Early Years experience or an experienced EYFS practitioner seeking a new opportunity, we have a variety of roles available across welcoming and supportive school settings.

The Role
As an EYFS Teacher, you’ll play a key role in helping children develop the confidence, curiosity and skills they need to thrive throughout their educational journey. You’ll create a safe, engaging and stimulating learning environment where children can learn through exploration, creativity and play.Working within the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework, you’ll deliver child-centred learning experiences that support pupils’ academic, social and emotional development. You’ll help lay the foundations for future success while fostering a lifelong love of learning.Opportunities are available on both a long-term and flexible supply basis.

What We’re Looking For
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or currently working towards it
*Experience teaching within EYFS
*A strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework
*The ability to create engaging, inclusive and stimulating learning environments
*A passion for supporting children’s development and wellbeing
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills
*A creative, patient and nurturing approach to teaching
