You’ll lead procurement activity from business need through to sourcing, negotiation and contract award, working closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation.
The portfolio has a particular focus on Software, with significant procurement activity.This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys strategic sourcing, stakeholder engagement and delivering strong commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities*Develop and deliver category strategies.

*Lead complex end-to-end IT sourcing and tender programmes.

*Build category pipelines and procurement roadmaps.

*Develop sourcing strategies and commercial approaches.

*Lead supplier engagement, evaluation and negotiations.

*Deliver savings, value and wider commercial benefits.

*Partner with and influence senior stakeholders.

*Support new procurement systems and processes where required.

What We’re Looking ForAn established Category Manager who can independently lead complex sourcing programmes and operate confidently with senior stakeholders.
*Experience in Software category is a must
*End-to-end strategic sourcing and Category Management

*Regulated or highly governed environments.

You’ll need to be comfortable leading tenders independently, managing complex procurement activity and influencing senior stakeholders.
