Hays Education is working with a range of primary schools across Deal that are seeking enthusiastic and nurturing EYFS Teachers to join their teams.Whether you’re an Early Career Teacher looking to build your experience within Early Years or an experienced EYFS practitioner searching for your next opportunity, we have a variety of roles available across welcoming and supportive school settings.

The Role
As an EYFS Teacher, you’ll play an important role in shaping children’s earliest experiences of education. You’ll create a safe, stimulating and engaging environment where young learners can develop confidence, curiosity and essential skills through play, exploration and discovery.Working within the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework, you’ll deliver creative and child-centred learning experiences that support academic, social and emotional development. You’ll help every child develop the foundations they need for future success while fostering a genuine love of learning from an early age.Opportunities are available on both a long-term and flexible supply basis.

What We’re Looking For
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or currently working towards it
*Experience teaching within EYFS
*A strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework
*The ability to create engaging, inclusive and stimulating learning environments
*A passion for supporting children’s early development and wellbeing
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills
*A creative, patient and nurturing approach to teaching
