Building Services Engineer

£45,000


We’ve got a great role for a Building Services Engineer to join our client in Central London. This is a great role to join a rapidly growing building service provider well renowned for their staff retention.


As a Building Services Engineer, you will carry out PPM and reactive maintenance across M&E systems, troubleshoot, fault find, liaise with contractors, update site logbooks and respond to client needs.


Building Services Engineer Duties:
*PPM and Reactive Maintenance
*Electrical Fault-Finding, Single & Three Phase Power, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarms, BMS Operation ,AHUs, FCUs, Generators, VAV/VRFs, Water Treatment (Tap Tests, Dosing, Cooling Tower Checks, etc)., Cooling Towers, Pumps & Motors
*Site Folders, E-logbooks, Managing Contractors, Audits, Quotations
*Communicate with the client
Building Services Engineer Requirements:
*City and Guilds / NVQ (Or equivalent) in electrical or mechanical engineering
*Apprentice trained (Desirable)
*Building service maintenance experience
*At least 3 years experience within commercial property maintenance
Salary and Package:
*£45,000 per annum
*25 days annual leave + Bank holidays
*Annual pay review
